Disallow or enforce spaces inside of blocks after opening block and before closing block.

Some problems reported by this rule are automatically fixable by the --fix ESLint command line option.

This rule extends the base eslint/block-spacing rule. This version adds support for TypeScript related blocks (interfaces, object type literals and enums).
